1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our web development services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use our services.

2. Services

We provide a variety of web development services, including:

Website design and development
Ecommerce website development
Content management system (CMS) development
Custom web application development
Website hosting and maintenance

3. Scope of Work

For each project, we will provide you with a detailed scope of work that outlines the specific services that will be provided, the timeline for completion, and the cost of the project. You must approve the scope of work in writing before we begin work on your project.

4. Payments

We require a 50% deposit on all projects before we begin work. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.

5. Delivery

We will deliver your website or web application to you in a fully tested and functional state. We will also provide you with training on how to use your new website or web application.

6. Revisions

We will make up to two rounds of revisions to your website or web application at no additional charge. Any additional revisions will be subject to an additional fee.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the website or web application that we develop for you will belong to you. However, we retain the right to use our own code and design templates in your website or web application.

8. Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, we do not warrant that your website or web application will be free of errors or defects.

9. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of our services. Our liability is limited to the direct damages that you incur, up to a maximum of the amount that you paid us for our services.

10. Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason. If you terminate this agreement before we have completed the project, you will be responsible for paying us for the work that we have already completed.

We may also terminate this agreement if you fail to make any payments or if you breach any of these terms and conditions.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.

12. Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between us, whether written or oral.

13. Severability

If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from this agreement and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14. Waiver

No waiver of any provision of this agreement will be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

15. Notices

All notices and other communications under this agreement must be in writing and must be delivered by personal service, certified mail, return receipt requested, or by overnight courier to the address of the other party set forth above.
